Community Manager - Job Summary
The Community Manager is responsible for cultivating and growing a thriving community around TrustEngine and MortgageCoach by driving engagement, fostering relationships, and collaborating across teams to support product adoption and community growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to develop high-quality, relevant content addressing customer challenges and promoting product adoption.
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to increase active participation and adoption of community features.
- Plan and host events such as in-person meetups, webinars, workshops, and live Q&A sessions.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers and advocates to amplify community reach.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product teams and external agencies to build a community rollout playbook.
- Monitor community activity, analyze user behavior, and surface feedback to improve user experience and content relevance.
- Share community insights with product, sales, customer success, and training teams.
- Track and report on key metrics like NPS, CSAT, engagement rates, and adoption using surveys and analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or a similar role.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful community engagement strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with adaptability to different audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in community management tools and platforms.
- Experience with behavioral marketing strategy and execution is a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
