At LOOP, we’re looking for passionate Community Managers to bring FMCG food brands to life across social platforms. You’ll spark conversations around products people use every day, turning moments like mealtime inspiration, product launches, and cultural trends into meaningful, engaging interactions. You’ll shape how audiences experience and talk about brands in real time—building appetite, loyalty, and excitement. This role is for someone who understands fast-moving consumer culture, loves engaging with diverse audiences, and thrives in a dynamic environment where creativity and responsiveness drive impact. 

Requirements

• Engage Food Communities Daily: Respond to comments, messages, and conversations across social platforms, creating authentic interactions around food and product experiences.  
• Drive Brand Appetite: Build and nurture engaged communities by turning everyday product moments into craveable, shareable content and conversations. 
• Moderate with Brand Sensitivity: Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints with care, maintaining a tone that reflects each brand’s identity and values, while working closely with the Customer Care team to ensure consistent, high-quality support and communication. 
• Leverage Food, Beverage & Culture Trends: Stay on top of food trends, seasonal moments, and cultural conversations to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging.  
• Monitor Consumer Sentiment: Track feedback on products, campaigns, and brand perception, turning insights into actionable recommendations.  
• Manage High-Volume Interaction: Oversee multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously, maintaining speed, accuracy, and consistency in a fast-paced FMCG environment. 
• Communicate Clearly: You’ll be communicating at a native level in German, English, or French. We’re hiring multiple roles, and being fluent across a combination of these languages is a big plus.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 40,000.
