Social Media & Community Manager - Job Summary
Lead the creation and management of organic social media content and grow an engaged online community for Dreem Health, driving brand presence and patient engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day organic social publishing across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, and reviews sites.
- Translate brand positioning into platform-native content such as short-form videos, graphics, and copy.
- Create hands-on content using modern tools and AI for fast iteration.
- Manage and grow online community engagement via comments, DMs, reviews, and discussions.
- Identify and test new social media formats and trends while maintaining brand consistency.
- Track social and community metrics and report insights monthly.
- Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and partnerships teams to produce engaging content from expertise and patient stories.
- Support reputation management by monitoring and responding to reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
- 2–4 years experience in social media, content creation, or community management in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.
- Strong creative instincts and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience creating short-form video and platform-native content.
- Ability to simplify complex clinical information into engaging content.
- Comfort with modern tools and AI such as Canva, Figma, ChatGPT, MidJourney.
- Deep understanding of social media channels and trends.
- High energy, creativity, curiosity, and proactive experimentation approach.
- Genuine interest in sleep, health, and well-being.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
