Digital Brand & Community Engagement Manager - Job Summary

Lead the digital brand strategy and community engagement within the B2B tech space, managing social media presence, content creation, and executive brand amplification across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and refine comprehensive digital social media brand awareness and engagement strategies aligned with marketing goals
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, Reddit in the B2B tech space
  • Lead development and execution of all social media posts collaboratively with the marketing team
  • Recommend and drive digital brand strategies enhancing executive presence on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Monitor and respond strategically to brand chatter across digital platforms to protect brand reputation
  • Collaborate with marketing, executives, customers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure consistent and timely messaging
  • Create and manage annual social media calendar with communication of priorities and timelines
  • Write creative and engaging copy for LinkedIn posts
  • Develop and manage employee social media advocacy programs using tools like Hootsuite
  • Generate quarterly reports with KPIs to measure brand growth and campaign performance
  • Collaborate with graphics team and use project management tools such as Asana for content delivery
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Present digital brand strategy ideas and program updates to internal teams and leadership
  • Promote and advocate the employee ambassador program internally

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing digital brands and community engagement for B2B tech companies on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, Reddit
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn’s evolving landscape, trends, and B2B engagement best practices
  • Experience with digital monitoring platforms for brand reputation management
  • Skilled in social media content creation, copywriting, and messaging for professional audiences
  • Track record of developing and managing employee social media advocacy programs
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and using project management tools like Asana
  • Strong analytical skills for generating and interpreting performance reports
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Highly proactive and motivated, able to prioritize, make decisions swiftly, and lead cross-functional projects
