Director of People Operations - Job Summary

Leads InRhythm’s people strategy, overseeing the employee journey and managing a high-performing team to enhance HR systems, culture, and employer branding across the US and India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set People & Culture goals aligned with business objectives
  • Build leadership pipelines and support high-potential consultants
  • Track and report culture health and engagement metrics to leadership
  • Promote transparency, psychological safety, and continuous improvement
  • Design and manage onboarding programs for US and India
  • Lead engagement initiatives like eNPS to improve retention and morale
  • Oversee performance management processes including reviews and rewards
  • Define and manage compensation, bonuses, equity, and benefits
  • Lead annual compensation reviews and pay equity analysis
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage employment risks
  • Set roadmap for HR systems, automation, and analytics
  • Implement tools to improve efficiency and employee self-service
  • Deliver dashboards and use predictive analytics for workforce planning
  • Lead employer brand and community platform strategy
  • Partner with CEO and Marketing to position InRhythm as a Best Place to Work

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (SHRM certification preferred)
  • 8–12+ years HR or People Operations experience in fast-paced, high-growth company
  • 3+ years senior HR leadership experience managing teams
  • Experience in IT consulting or professional services
  • Proven success scaling HR processes and improving retention
  • Strong leadership, accountability, and communication skills
  • Expertise in HR systems, automation, and analytics
  • Knowledge of compensation strategy and benefits optimization
  • Experience with employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (SHRM certification preferred)
