Influencer and Creator Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and scale a community of UGC creators and influencers for a US-based DTC brand targeting parents and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and onboard UGC creators and influencers daily
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with the creator community
- Monitor content output and performance, including posts and impressions
- Serve as the main point of contact for creators and maintain responsive communication
- Help scale the creator community from current size to hundreds or thousands
Requirements
- Experience working with a US-based DTC brand targeting parents and families
- Experience managing US-based influencers
- Proven experience building or scaling an influencer/creator community
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High-energy, positive, and people-first personality
- Highly organized and comfortable managing a large creator pipeline
