Community Manager - Job Summary
The Community Manager connects Jeeter with the budtender community by leading the planning, budgeting, and execution of educational events and initiatives to strengthen relationships, grow brand loyalty, and ensure team alignment with product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Jeeter University events and educations.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Jeeter University educations, Social Hours, and events including budget tracking.
- Organize budtender social hours, awards programs, giveaways, and apparel initiatives to build brand loyalty.
- Develop marketing materials and digital resources for Jeeter University.
- Monitor market trends to plan relevant events.
- Oversee operational efficiency and cost control for budtender initiatives.
- Collaborate monthly with product development to stay updated on products.
- Lead educational initiatives ensuring local team knowledge.
- Develop and manage state-specific budtender VIP programs.
- Document and update SOPs and informational materials regularly.
- Create and manage surveys for budtender campaigns.
- Collaborate on budgeting and planning to align with organizational goals.
- Work closely with Jeeter University, product development, and educational teams.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older with a valid Driver's License.
- Strong knowledge of wholesale and retail marketing strategies focused on brand activation and community engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and the budtender community.
- Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Excel, Asana, and project management tools.
- Ability to adapt swiftly to changing market conditions and priorities.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and dynamic timelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic operational efficiency focus.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
