Head Coach - Job Summary
Responsible for leading the studio's coaching team by delivering 11+ classes per week, supporting coach development, and assisting with studio operations and community outreach to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coaching, maintaining a full schedule of 11+ classes weekly
- Set expectations and serve as a role model for new and existing coaches
- Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience
- Meet individual and studio utilization and retention targets
- Assist with day-to-day studio operations as directed by Area Manager
- Lead outreach and marketing efforts to recruit new clients and build community partnerships
- Provide coach development through feedback and support during new coach trainings
- Respond to client requests and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain product knowledge for studio retail including packages and promotions
- Execute operational tasks like ordering supplies, inventory, and sales logs
- Ensure studio and equipment are maintained and fully functional
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift/carry at least 30 pounds
- Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets
- Optimism and passion for health, fitness, and the [solidcore] workout
- 1-2 years prior group fitness experience
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Comfortable leading fast-paced classes with loud music
- Superior client relations and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and motivated to inspire others
- Ability to model and represent the [solidcore] brand and culture
