Brand Community Manager - Job Summary

Manage and grow brand community relationships through ambassador programs, influencer marketing, and corporate partnerships to bring the brand to life in North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture brand relationships to foster authentic community engagement and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to plan and execute community-driven campaigns.
  • Lead and manage the ambassador program including contracts, content creation, event facilitation, and impact tracking.
  • Develop and manage influencer strategies involving paid and affiliate marketing opportunities.
  • Manage corporate partnerships aligned with brand values to support storytelling and community activations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in community management.
  • Proven experience managing partners or ambassadors end-to-end including contracts and activation.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and ability to identify conversion-driving opportunities.
  • Experience guiding content creation for external partners consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
  • Passion for outdoors, sustainability, and storytelling.
  • Preferred experience in outdoor, lifestyle, or sustainability sectors.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
