Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and engage a private entrepreneur community through daily Slack interaction, relationship building, member satisfaction, and event coordination to foster meaningful connections and participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively manage daily Slack conversations and maintain a professional and welcoming tone
- Introduce and connect members based on shared goals and interests
- Conduct regular member check-ins to assess satisfaction and gather feedback
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community events such as retreats, dinners, and meetups
- Monitor and report on community engagement metrics and participation levels
- Manage satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback for community improvements
- Monitor churn indicators and support retention efforts through proactive relationship-building
- Take ownership of community health and implement solutions independently
Requirements
- Excellent, neutral, US-friendly spoken English accent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and engage diverse stakeholders
- Experience coordinating or supporting member-focused events
- Access to personal equipment suitable for full-time remote work
- Availability to work U.S. business hours (ET–PT)
- Strong adaptability and willingness to take on evolving responsibilities
- Outgoing, proactive, confident communicator with community-first mindset
- Customer service-oriented focus on member satisfaction and retention
- Organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about community engagement
