Community Manager - Job Summary

The role involves proactively coordinating and managing direct communication across digital channels to maintain consumer satisfaction for multiple brand portfolios, contributing to engagement and customer relationship strengthening.

Key Responsibilities

  • Publish content generated by the team on the appropriate web or social media channels.
  • Moderate and respond to content on social media, reporting cases to the relevant area.
  • Participate proactively in team meetings to report on social media communication status and content creation.
  • Manage crisis alerts received via brand social media channels, including monitoring and proposing actions.
  • Interact with users daily to identify key users, fans, and influencers.
  • Prepare quantitative and qualitative reports on social media performance.
  • Research new social media trends that aid content creation for brands and clients.
  • Interact daily with clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Community Manager.
  • Professional degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or Social Communication.
  • Basic level of English.
  • Experience with engagement management, monitoring, and listening platforms.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Sprinklr, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Teamwork skills, proactivity, and innovation.
  • Assertive communication and passion for social media.
  • Digital advertising experience is a plus.

Education

Professional degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or Social Communication.
