Studio Manager - Job Summary
The Studio Manager (Community Manager) is the on-site leader responsible for creating a welcoming environment, driving studio growth, managing daily operations, and fostering a supportive community of students, parents, and teachers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the welcoming face of the studio during peak hours, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.
- Act as primary contact for scheduling, policies, and events.
- Plan, organize, and conduct community events and student concerts.
- Manage new student inquiries and guide families through the enrollment process.
- Use marketing systems to promote the studio and grow the community.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of music teachers.
- Foster a supportive and high-performing team environment.
- Oversee daily studio operations, including supplies, merchandise, and payments.
- Maintain accuracy of data within studio management systems.
Requirements
