Community Manager - Job Summary
The role involves part-time community management focused on social media engagement, content moderation, and editorial delivery to foster and grow brand communities across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative copywriting for social media content and publishing across platforms
- Customer-facing moderation with escalation to Client Services when needed
- Stimulating and sustaining conversations and relationships with brand audiences
- Managing day-to-day delivery of editorial calendars and creative campaigns
- Collaborating with creative studio to ideate and brief content for organic social activations
- Building strong client relationships and identifying business development opportunities
- Offering strategic thinking, creative input, and commercial understanding for planning
- Researching latest social tools, platforms and trends to innovate and experiment
- Delivering performance reports, tracking, and trend analysis to clients
- Challenging team and clients with new innovation opportunities in industry and tech
- Contributing to strategic campaign planning and activation responses
Requirements
- Previous B2B and B2C experience with communications strategy background preferred
- Hands-on TikTok experience, specifically with TikTok Shop
- Experience translating research into compelling editorial content an advantage
- Strong understanding of social media value for brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internet language proficiency
- Creative eye for written and visual content across social media formats
- Excellent organizational, time management, and people management skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency with various social platforms and efficiency tools
- Creative and disruptive thinking capabilities
