Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Confluence Park reservations and support related programs, projects, and events.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase park reservations and revenue.
• Create annual orientation materials for park keyholders.
• Coordinate annual deep cleaning and monitor maintenance needs.
• Document and clarify park operating procedures.
• Support office and storage organization for efficient workspaces.
• Coordinate with security officers and manage photo permits for events.
• Build and maintain relationships with public and partners.
• Maintain internal and external programmatic and reservation calendars.
• Ensure website updates and coordinate with webmaster.
• Communicate with reservation contacts, event organizers, and partners.
• Lead facility walkthroughs and tours related to reservations and programs.
• Provide operational support before, during, and after events.
• Manage incoming communications and phone calls.
• Maintain digital filing systems and update CRM.
• Assist with donor letters, mailings, and calendar management.
• Add constituents to database from outreach events.
• Schedule board and committee meetings and track attendance.
• Support meeting setup and virtual recording.
• Maintain board directory and assist in event planning.
• Use social media advertising and schedule posts.
• Create engaging visual and written content for marketing.
• Support video content creation and identify marketing needs.
