Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and grow Jiffy's social media community across Instagram and TikTok, create digital content, and support social media campaigns with a focus on engagement and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily community engagement across all channels including responding to comments and DMs
- Monitor and engage with comments on organic posts and paid ads to support performance
- Identify trending content opportunities relevant to the brand
- Create digital assets such as Instagram stories, graphics, and promotional visuals
- Assist with social calendar, posting duties, and content development
- Write short-form copy for captions and assist with light blog writing
- Track and report community insights, FAQs, and sentiment shifts
- Maintain organized workflow in Figma for asset delivery
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align engagement, copy, and visuals with brand goals
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in social media, community management, copywriting, or digital content creation
- Proficiency in Figma and Canva
- Strong copywriting skills for captions and short-form blogs
- Solid understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends and engagement strategies
- Excellent written communication with attention to brand voice and tone
- Experience creating social-first graphics and simple video editing
- Highly organized and able to work in fast-paced digital environments
Education
No degree required; professional experience and portfolio preferred
