Marketing & Community Manager - Job Summary
The Marketing & Community Manager supports Bandit's North American community initiatives through athlete programming, in-store activations, city partnerships, and experiential marketing to enhance the running experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Head of Community on North American community marketing initiatives focusing on strategic development and execution.
- Support community activations and brand marketing initiatives such as store programming, The Program, The Membership, and the Strava community.
- Develop and manage workbacks, timelines, and run-of-shows.
- Help manage budgets.
- Maintain consistent contact with Bandit community relationships.
- Grow Bandit's network locally and globally.
- Monitor and identify consumer and marketplace trends.
- Maintain Bandit's standard of excellence for all in-real-life activations.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in event production, community development, brand marketing, running/fitness retail, marketing, or event production.
- Excitement for relationship building and event production.
- Strong task management skills with attention to detail.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities with proactive solution development.
- Proven track record in managing relationships.
- Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to manage budgets.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Agency background preferred.
