Salary range: $55,000 base salary plus hire on bonus of $250 per licensed Barber or Stylist retained for 90 days, and a quarterly results-based uncapped bonus with target of $55,000+

This role is responsible for aggressively rebuilding and sustaining Floyd's talent pipeline across the Denver market by recruiting high-performing Barbers and Stylists, combining proactive recruiting with community engagement and employer branding.
