Community Manager - Job Summary

The Community Manager will oversee social media content development, manage community engagement, build relationships with content creators, and drive brand awareness and loyalty across digital platforms for the Women's Brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with seasonal objectives.
  • Identify KPIs to track success of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create and manage engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, and X.
  • Collaborate with teams and partners to produce seasonal content including images and videos.
  • Curate user-generated content and foster community engagement.
  • Engage with community members and monitor feedback and sentiment.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with social media creators and influencers.
  • Serve as primary contact for creators, providing support and facilitating collaborations.
  • Identify, onboard, and negotiate partnership agreements with new creators aligned with brand values.
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for ROI.
  • Identify and manage collaborative projects and partnerships with creators, stylists, celebrities, and brands.
  • Plan and coordinate events and activations to enhance community engagement and brand awareness.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track social media metrics and generate performance reports.
  • Monitor competitive landscape to inform improvements.
