Community Marketing Manager - Job Summary
Manage and grow the melin community of professional athletes and ambassadors, executing relationship-building, event support, and brand activations across multiple sports and lifestyle verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Tier 1 athletes including logistics and collaborations
- Identify and secure new potential ambassadors aligned with brand DNA
- Develop community strategy including grassroots programs and elite seeding initiatives
- Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to integrate athletes into campaigns and events
- Track impact and ROI of programs, ensuring partner support and payments
- Represent melin at events and adventures alongside the team
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Sports or Community Marketing
- Proven track record of executing world-class activations
- Strong network and elite interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with analytical skills and contract/accounting navigation
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
- Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools
- Culture native comfortable in multiple sports and lifestyle verticals
