Brand Communications Manager - Job Summary
Manage online brand community and crisis situations, engage with users on social media platforms, and ensure product authenticity through anti-counterfeit measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor online brand mentions and sentiment.
- Engage with users on platforms like Reddit, Quora, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn.
- Use tools like Dash Hudson to track and respond to brand sentiment.
- Manage negative feedback or online issues professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with global vendors to verify product authenticity.
- Set up QR codes linking devices to SKU numbers to prevent counterfeit products.
- Travel light: 1–3 overnight trips per quarter.
Requirements
- Experience in handling online crises or negative feedback.
- Ability to explain crisis management experience.
- Familiarity with Dash Hudson and other social media management tools.
- Interest in aesthetics or beauty industry is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, Marketing, PR, Sales, or related field
