Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage creator-led campaigns at scale within the TikTok Shop ecosystem, focusing on budget management, creator sourcing and engagement, and campaign performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute creator acquisition through mass outreach using internal tools and data-driven strategies
- Build and grow invite-only creator groups on platforms like Lark, Discord, and offline
- Manage campaign budgets allocated by Account Managers and support budget allocation across campaigns
- Identify, source, and engage creators using internal data platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams including Account Managers and Creator Management for campaign alignment
- Track and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Support large-scale campaign launches and significant campaign events such as product launches and brand days
- Occasionally participate in client or brand meetings to gather requirements and support alignment
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop or the creator economy; TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to deep dive into data and performance
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Curiosity, strong learning agility, and operational mindset
- Preferred experience in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, creator campaigns, BI/reporting, or dashboard creation
