Field and Community Marketing Manager - Job Summary
Leads state-wide field marketing strategy and team operations while bridging community engagement through Jeeter University events and educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the state's field marketing team with daily direction and support.
- Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance of field staff.
- Develop and enforce SOPs for field visits, educational events, and community activations.
- Plan and execute Jeeter University education programs and in-market field activations.
- Collaborate with VM, sales, and field teams for visual merchandising execution.
- Organize budtender Social Hours, awards, and community loyalty programs.
- Develop and manage budtender VIP and ambassador initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform improvements.
- Oversee state marketing budgets and track expenses with compliance.
- Collaborate with Sales Regionals to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.
- Provide weekly KPI and budget reports to management.
- Coordinate with product development and warehouse teams for support.
Requirements
- Experience managing budgets, expenses, and resource allocation in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Asana, and project management tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and manage multiple projects.
- Preferred experience in the cannabis industry or regulated sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
