Social Media Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and lead social media content creation, distribution, and amplification for a celebrity, collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive and strategic brand messaging across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strategic content calendar across multiple social platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social content with promotions and campaigns
- Maintain and evolve the company's voice, tone, and values across digital communications
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments and conversations with customer care best practices
- Analyze campaign and content performance and deliver detailed reports using analytics tools
- Partner with influencers to expand reach, visibility, and engagement
- Leverage insights and data to optimize content and improve social metrics
Requirements
- 5+ years managing social media for high-profile or e-commerce brands
- Strong expertise in social media analytics, KPIs, content optimization, and engagement strategies
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Canva or Adobe Photoshop
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in social video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Captions App, InShot)
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and WordPress
- Strong eye for composition, design, and visual storytelling
- Experience with analytics platforms like Facebook Analytics and Google Analytics
