Social Media & Community Manager - Job Summary

Manage and grow the brand's presence across multiple social media platforms by creating engaging content and driving community engagement in the crypto and iGaming sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and publish engaging, platform-specific content for Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Build and nurture an active and loyal community through regular interaction and creative campaigns
  • Plan and execute contests, giveaways, and community events to boost engagement
  • Share and promote bonuses, promotions, and updates in a fun and on-brand way
  • Monitor social channels and community sentiment, escalating feedback to relevant teams
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to align content with brand messaging
  • Stay informed on social trends, crypto/iGaming news, and viral formats
  • Report on key metrics such as follower growth, engagement, and community activity

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in social media or community management (crypto or iGaming)
  • Strong knowledge of Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Excellent sense of humor and ability to create memes and viral content
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) are a plus
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Passion for crypto, gaming, or online entertainment communities
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple platforms simultaneously
  • Experience with influencer outreach or community ambassador programs is a plus
  • Familiarity with social analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar) is advantageous
  • Previous experience moderating or growing large communities is beneficial
