Community Manager - Job Summary
The Community Manager will manage player interactions on social media, maintain a positive community environment, analyze community data, and collaborate with developers to improve gaming experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and respond to community interactions on social media platforms.
- Create engaging social media content.
- Moderate discussions and comments according to community guidelines.
- Maintain records and produce reports to support community growth.
- Ensure a safe, friendly, and welcoming community environment.
- Propose new initiatives to grow and nurture the gaming community.
- Collaborate with developers by forwarding important player feedback and issues.
Requirements
- Prior professional experience in community management or social media in gaming.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
- Passion for video games and social media.
- Strong understanding of social media/community management platforms such as Discord, Twitch, Reddit, Instagram, and Facebook.
