Senior Community Manager - Job Summary
The Senior Community Manager with Chinese will assist in managing community management services across multiple projects, provide cover to lead managers, and support training and coaching within a part-time, remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Community Management (CM) Lead in managing processes and timely delivery of services across multiple projects
- Work across community strategy products
- Provide cover as main point of contact for Community Managers when CM Lead is unavailable
- Assist in production and delivery of performance reports
- Manage client interactions during CM Lead absences
- Assist with training and coaching of new and existing Community Managers
- Foster and maintain a positive work environment, build engagement, and resolve conflicts
Requirements
- Proven minimum 2 years experience in Community Management and/or Social Media Management in gaming
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
- Ability to work across community strategy
- Ability to quickly establish rapport and build trusting relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and proven conflict resolution capability
- Curious, self-motivated attitude with strong commitment to continuous learning
