Community Manager - Job Summary
The Community Manager will build and scale MILE's presence across various social platforms, acting as a bridge between the brand and its audience to grow word-of-mouth engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with relevant fashion and resale-focused Reddit threads, TikTok accounts, Discords, and Facebook groups
- Seed hype around upcoming launches in authentic, non-spammy ways
- Build 1:1 relationships with superfans, creators, and early adopters
- Share community insights, trends, and reactions with internal teams
- Support user onboarding and create engaging 'inside' moments
- Maintain MILE's visibility in appropriate online spaces at optimal times
Requirements
- Deeply embedded in online fashion and streetwear culture
- Fluency in Reddit, Facebook Groups, and TikTok
- Ability to work independently and iterate quickly
- Proficiency in adapting communication to each platform's language
- Strong ability to identify emerging trends early
