Community Marketing Manager - Job Summary
The Community Marketing Manager will lead field and influencer marketing efforts to drive revenue and brand loyalty, spending significant time in the field supporting studios and events across the Northeast region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate local business and community partnerships to bring new clients.
- Manage partnership pipelines by market and execute scheduled field marketing events.
- Act as a brand ambassador at community events to foster positive member relationships.
- Refine and own field marketing playbook and processes regionally to optimize partnerships and events.
- Report on event attendance, leads, bookings, and community sentiment.
- Assist in executing sponsored brand partnerships and studio buyout events to drive revenue.
- Develop and manage influencer relationships and content to grow appointments and user-generated content.
- Lead community marketing efforts for new studio openings including lead generation and partnership development.
- Train Studio Managers on community engagement best practices.
- Design initiatives to sustain and grow community interest in established studios.
- Serve as regional expert creating toolkits and playbooks for community engagement.
Requirements
- Energetic and outgoing with ability to build authentic community connections.
- 4+ years of experience in field marketing, brand partnerships, or influencer marketing.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
- Proven track record in local community marketing execution.
- Strong networking and partnership-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and event management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
- Inquisitive problem solver.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bonus: Experience with Boulevard software and passion for skincare.
