Part-time remote role focused on college advising sales and community engagement, involving virtual consultations, lead qualification, relationship building, and collaboration to promote Pathfinders’ services.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with families and community partners to explain services
- Qualify leads and guide prospective clients through decision-making
- Conduct virtual consultations and follow up with inquiries
- Manage a simple sales pipeline
- Build relationships with schools, community organizations, and youth programs
- Participate in online events, webinars, and workshops
- Collaborate with advising staff to share family feedback and refine outreach strategies
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales and sales management abilities
- Experience in training or facilitation of workshops or webinars
- Comfort with remote work and proficiency with video conferencing and CRM tools
- Understanding or interest in college admissions, career exploration, or youth development
- Ability to build trusting, strengths-based relationships with diverse communities
- Reliable time management and organizational skills
- Relevant education or experience in education, counseling, social work, business, or related field preferred but not required
