Marketing Manager - Job Summary
Manage regional marketing and community engagement to grow brand presence, build partnerships, and support commercial goals in a high-growth market.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute regional marketing plans aligned with global brand and GTM strategy
- Ensure consistent regional presence across industry events, digital channels, and partner platforms
- Design and run community engagement programs such as roundtables and forums
- Develop partnerships and co-create campaigns to access new audiences
- Plan and execute regional events, sponsorships, and executive gatherings
- Manage event logistics from planning through follow-up
- Localize and amplify analyst-led insight and market intelligence regionally
- Align marketing, community, and partnerships with regional sales and revenue goals
- Track and report on the impact of regional activities on leads and pipeline
Requirements
- 5–7 years in B2B marketing, regional/field marketing, community, or partnerships roles
- Experience in technology, SaaS, energy, or financial markets preferred
- Proven ability to develop and execute regional marketing plans
- Success in organizing in-person and virtual events end-to-end
- Hands-on experience with digital channels including email, social, content marketing, webinars
- Experience working cross-functionally in matrix or international organizations
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo
- Strong integrated B2B marketing knowledge across offline and digital channels
- Ability to develop culturally relevant localized campaigns
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision capabilities
- Strong project and budget management skills
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, proactive, creative problem solver
