Developer Relations Engineer - Job Summary
The role involves engaging with the developer community through content creation, event speaking, and collaboration to showcase Inngest's products and improve the developer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create blog posts and tutorials to help developers discover use cases and get started with templates.
- Build demos that attract developer interest and generate social media buzz.
- Speak at events in San Francisco to raise awareness among AI developers.
- Post regular updates and content on social media to engage the community.
- Collaborate with Marketing to contribute to content strategy and prioritize topics.
- Advocate internally for developers by sharing feedback to improve product and experience.
Requirements
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Node/Next.js.
- Understanding of APIs and queueing systems.
- Strong passion for educating developers and translating technical concepts into clear content.
- Ability to engage with developers both online and in person.
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of Python and/or Go.
- Bonus: Experience producing video content including scenario creation, recording, and editing.
