Community Manager - Job Summary

The Community Manager will lead engagement and growth of the global community, strengthening ambassador relationships and increasing participation across the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ambassadors and community members.
  • Serve as main contact for ambassador communications, support, and engagement.
  • Communicate marketing initiatives and updates to ambassadors for alignment.
  • Foster active participation, collaboration, and advocacy within the community.
  • Support ambassadors in creating authentic, brand-aligned content.
  • Partner with Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Contribute to community campaigns, storytelling, and engagement activities.
  • Support planning and execution of community-led and global events.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance community engagement and visibility.
  • Manage and optimize the community platform and related tools.
  • Ensure a positive and user-friendly community experience.
  • Track engagement metrics and community feedback for improvement.
  • Align work with company core values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Community, or related roles.
  • Experience in community engagement or ambassador programmes is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English (C2 level certification desired).
  • Advanced computer literacy; ECDL Advanced certification desirable.
  • Excellent organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong ownership and accountability.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
