UGC Creator & Reddit Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and grow the brand's presence on Reddit through strategic posting, engagement, and content curation to position the product at top Reddit discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop Reddit characters (brand voice, experts, clients)
- Post and comment targeting the audience accurately
- Curate content from the internal team and freelancers
- Launch AMAs, memes, and polls
- Maintain subreddit database and analytics
Requirements
- 1+ years experience with Reddit and knowledge of platform capabilities
- Ability to write for brand voice and technical humor
- Skill in bypassing shadow-ban and managing multi-accounts
- Own relevant and quality Reddit profiles or ghost-posts
- International experience
- Startup experience lasting up to 1 year
- Russian language proficiency C1+
- English language proficiency C1+
- Nice to have: Experience with X, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts
