Community Manager - Job Summary
Join the Organic Growth team as a Junior Community Manager to develop media and content strategies, engage community channels, and contribute to SEO and PR efforts in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with community channels such as Reddit and Trustpilot by executing engagement strategies and monitoring feedback
- Drive organic growth through SEO and answer engine optimization strategies and AI-assisted workflows
- Manage day-to-day public relations activities including monitoring news cycles, updating media lists, tracking coverage, and building relationships with journalists
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with community and review platforms like Reddit and Trustpilot
- Bachelor's degree preferably in journalism, communications, PR, or related field
- Resourceful and proactive approach to identifying problems and implementing solutions
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments and manage multiple priorities
- Persistence and resilience to adapt and maintain momentum despite setbacks
- Bonus: Experience in newsroom, PR agency, or startup environment
Education
Bachelor's degree, preferably in journalism, communications, PR, or related field
