Content Creator - Job Summary
The Content Creator & Community Manager will develop and execute content strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales, working closely with the Brand Director and Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing and brand objectives.
- Create compelling content across website, social media, blogs, email marketing, and video.
- Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to produce visual and written content.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
- Research industry trends to inform content strategy.
- Generate creative social media content and design visual assets using graphic design tools.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and maintain brand storytelling.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns with personalized content.
- Manage and grow social media presence, including scheduling and performance tracking.
- Engage and manage online community, responding to comments and fostering relationships.
- Develop strategies to increase community engagement and maintain a positive environment.
- Analyze content and social media performance and provide regular reports.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, design, and editorial skills.
- Experience with luxury, lifestyle, or design brands preferred.
- Proficiency with CMS, social media tools, SEO, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Attentive.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design tools is a plus.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, After Effects, Premiere; video editing is a bonus.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong social media platform knowledge and best practices.
- Analytical skills to measure and interpret data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
