Content Creator - Job Summary

The Content Creator & Community Manager will develop and execute content strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales, working closely with the Brand Director and Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing and brand objectives.
  • Create compelling content across website, social media, blogs, email marketing, and video.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to produce visual and written content.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
  • Research industry trends to inform content strategy.
  • Generate creative social media content and design visual assets using graphic design tools.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns and maintain brand storytelling.
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns with personalized content.
  • Manage and grow social media presence, including scheduling and performance tracking.
  • Engage and manage online community, responding to comments and fostering relationships.
  • Develop strategies to increase community engagement and maintain a positive environment.
  • Analyze content and social media performance and provide regular reports.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, design, and editorial skills.
  • Experience with luxury, lifestyle, or design brands preferred.
  • Proficiency with CMS, social media tools, SEO, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Attentive.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design tools is a plus.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, After Effects, Premiere; video editing is a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong social media platform knowledge and best practices.
  • Analytical skills to measure and interpret data.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
