Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and grow the business community, lead member engagement, and support commercial activities including sales coordination, deal management, and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as main contact for community members and client accounts
- Onboard new members and ensure smooth integration
- Maintain strong relationships to drive engagement and retention
- Plan, coordinate, and support community activities and events
- Drive participation within the community
- Represent community at external events when required
- Support sales process through lead qualification, follow-ups, and deal coordination
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Assist with proposals, pricing, and closing discussions
- Ensure alignment between community, sales, and operations
- Identify and build relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Support partnership initiatives
- Manage multiple accounts and track interactions using CRM
- Provide regular updates on community health and commercial opportunities
- Coordinate internally to execute member needs and deals
Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and networking skills
- Relationship-focused with business-growth mindset
- Comfortable supporting sales and deal coordination
- Highly organized and proactive
- Independent and confident in ownership of operations
- Based in Dubai and available full-time
- 1–3+ years experience in community management, client relations, account management, sales support, or business development
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
- Proven experience managing client portfolios or communities
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship building skills
- Experience with CRM or tracking tools is an advantage
