Senior Community Manager - Job Summary
The Senior Community Manager will engage and support the Avakin Life community across multiple social channels, analyze player sentiment, and collaborate with internal teams to drive community growth and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with the Avakin Life community via Instagram, Discord, Twitch, and YouTube
- Be the voice of the players and monitor player sentiment across social channels
- Track trends in updates, events, monetization, bugs, and feature requests
- Deliver actionable reports to Product, Live Ops, Marketing, and Player Experience teams
- Act as a point of contact for key community members and respond to feedback timely
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement community strategy
- Set and deliver measurable community KPIs supporting product strategy
- Track performance against targets and adjust strategy accordingly
- Craft strategic and tactical plans tailored to specific channels
- Design and execute innovative community programs to grow and engage the player base
- Build deep, loyal relationships with valuable players and VIPs
Requirements
- Experience and interest in content creation, YouTube, and livestreaming
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with large communities
- Social media management experience
- Experience launching community initiatives
- Experience with livestreaming gaming content
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Keen interest in AI
- Native level English
- Desirable: interest in teen/pop culture and current trends
- Desirable: interest in simulation and/or fashion games
- Desirable: knowledge of Airtable, Confluence, Jira or equivalents
- Desirable: proficiency in Portuguese or other languages
