Community Manager - Job Summary
The Community Manager will manage social platform content, community engagement, editorial calendar delivery, and client relationships to deliver innovative social-first work for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative copywriting for social media content and publishing across platforms
- Stimulating and sustaining brand audience conversations through community management
- Managing day-to-day delivery of editorial calendars and creative campaigns
- Collaborating with the creative studio on engaging organic social-first content
- Building strong client relationships and identifying business development opportunities
- Offering strategic thinking, creativity, and commercial understanding for plan development
- Researching and innovating with the latest social tools, platforms, and trends
- Delivering reports, performance tracking, and trend analysis to clients
- Challenging the team and clients with new opportunities for innovation in the industry and tech space
- Contributing to campaign planning and responses strategically and operationally
Requirements
- Experience in social-first agency work on creative and strategic editorial planning and execution
- Experience working with brands that translate research into editorial content is an advantage
- Strong understanding of social media and its value for brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English and French
- Creative and visual content sensibility with knowledge of social media formats like Reels and TikTok
- Excellent organizational, time management, and people management skills
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
- Proficiency with various social platforms and efficiency tools
- Creative, strategic, and intelligent thinking with critical gap analysis skills
