Senior Social Media & Community Manager - Job Summary
Lead the social media brand presence and online community engagement, partnering with leadership and marketing teams to drive awareness, follower growth, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement comprehensive social media plans aligned with business goals.
- Generate, edit, and publish daily content across primary and secondary social media platforms.
- Refine voice and tone guidelines and channel-specific social media strategies.
- Lead proactive social listening and community management; engage with audience comments.
- Manage Employee Advocacy Program including onboarding, permissions, and gamification to boost participation.
- Oversee executive social presence by developing tailored content strategies for leadership.
- Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track campaign performance and drive measurable KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B social media and online community management.
- Experience with enterprise software content and clients.
- Ability to stay current with social and video trends and align content with business goals.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in visual design tools for creating polished graphics.
- Exceptional copywriting skills to adopt unique voices and simplify technical concepts.
