Community Manager - Job Summary
Responsible for managing and growing Notion’s global Ambassador and Campus Leaders community programs, fostering engagement, collaboration, and ensuring a smooth member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships and engagement with Ambassadors and Campus Leaders.
- Build and execute community programming to motivate member participation.
- Oversee program processes such as applications, onboarding, communications, and community activities.
- Contribute to community strategy and evolve program perks, events, and expectations.
- Collaborate with Community Marketing and product teams on community activations and campaigns.
- Coordinate with regional Community Managers to ensure consistent member experience.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of community management experience with ability to build and engage online communities.
- Experience with Slack or Discord administration and familiarity with other community tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to build relationships and resolve community issues.
- Self-motivated with excellent project management skills.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing stakeholders.
