Key Responsibilities

• Lead engagement strategy across Reddit, Quora, Avvo, Justia, and other legal directories.
• Build each client's community identity with authoritative and valuable insights.
• Manage full engagement cycle including research, participation, writing, publishing, and analysis.
• Develop consistent participation balancing evergreen value with timely legal conversations.
• Partner with SEO and Content teams to amplify broader search strategies.
• Work with Account Managers to align community efforts with client goals and case acquisition targets.
• Produce trust-building contributions such as thoughtful answers, helpful insights, and substantive legal guidance.
• Write Wikipedia pages meeting notability and editorial standards.
• Craft Reddit responses to build karma and credibility without promotion.
• Answer Quora questions, link strategically to client content, engage in Spaces, and explore Quora Ads.
• Test, optimize, and scale participation with clear performance expectations.
• Establish KPIs tied to referral traffic, case inquiries, AI mentions, and reputation metrics.
• Report performance regularly with data-driven insights.
• Build process documentation to maintain consistency across clients.
• Monitor performance analytics weekly using GA4 and platform metrics.
• Track community activities' impact on case inquiries and adjust approaches accordingly.
• Experiment with new platforms and participation formats, providing insights to the team.
• Help define KPIs for community engagement success.
