Senior Growth and Community Manager - Job Summary
The Senior Growth and Community Manager will own the social media ecosystem, building and engaging online communities while driving growth, traffic, and conversion across organic and paid channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, grow, and manage online communities across multiple social platforms.
- Serve as a primary voice of the brand, engaging followers and fostering positive conversations.
- Monitor sentiment and support reputation management.
- Collaborate with Social Media Content Managers and internal teams to align content with strategy and performance insights.
- Own social media measurement, tracking KPIs and producing regular reports.
- Partner with paid social team to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns.
- Develop testing frameworks and identify opportunities to scale high-performing content.
- Work cross-functionally to align social goals and provide data-backed recommendations.
Requirements
- 5–10 years experience in social media, community management, growth marketing, analytics, or paid social.
- Proven experience managing and growing social communities at scale.
- Hands-on experience with paid social campaigns and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with tools like Meltwater, Klear, native platform analytics, Google Analytics, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Highly analytical with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Platform-fluent, trend-aware, organized, and proactive.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
