Senior Community Manager - Job Summary
Lead community engagement for video games by managing social media interactions, creating content, facilitating communication between players and developers, and fostering a safe and active gaming community in a fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and respond promptly to community interactions on social media platforms.
- Create engaging content to excite and captivate the gaming community.
- Communicate player feedback and issues to the development team.
- Maintain a safe, friendly, and welcoming community environment through moderation.
- Proactively suggest initiatives to grow and nurture the gaming community.
- Keep records and produce reports to provide insights supporting community growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a community manager in the gaming industry.
- Excellent command of English, native or near-native proficiency.
- Outstanding communication and writing skills.
- Strong passion for video games and social media.
- Experience and understanding of various social media platforms.
