Community Manager - Job Summary
As Community Manager, you will enhance the Noovo owner experience by building an inclusive, data-informed community and leading the Advocate Program through relationships, CRM, and event management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to turn owners into advocates and scale the Brand Advocate Program
- Create an onboarding experience for owners
- Provide advocates with premium brand assets
- Track and optimize referral performance
- Connect prospective buyers with current owners for tours and rentals
- Curate engaging owner communications
- Organize owner groups by interests
- Plan and support owner-led events, campouts, and trade shows
- Collaborate with ambassadors to generate community content
- Monitor community health using KPIs
- Manage and moderate digital community spaces
- Support owners with timely answers and resources
- Maintain owner directory and geographic network
- Partner with Marketing to surface customer stories and user-generated content
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in community management, ambassador programs, or customer experience
- Proven ability to build and scale engaged communities
- Passion for van life, RVing, or overlanding
- Strong writing skills with a premium yet approachable tone
- Data-driven, organized, and calm under pressure
- Event-savvy and able to manage multiple workstreams
- Tech-savvy with Google Workspace and CRM tools; eye for design
- Ability to travel for national events
