Community Manager - Job Summary
Coordinate and manage direct communication through digital channels to maintain customer satisfaction, handle social media content and interactions, monitor trends, and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly calendar for client's social networks including publishing, monitoring, and responding.
- Act as interlocutor with clients to resolve doubts.
- Publish monthly content plan and respond to comments and queries.
- Strengthen consumer engagement and detect trends or cultural moments.
- Monitor and capitalize on real-time marketing opportunities.
- Detect, contact, and engage with influencers, superfans, and key opinion leaders.
- Manage social media channels and promote content.
- Participate in team meetings to report project status and contribute to content creation.
- Produce monthly quantitative and qualitative reports on social media and customer care performance.
- Research new trends, formats, platforms, and tone-of-voice approaches for brand relevance.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Experience managing social networks and staying up to date with latest digital news.
- Deep knowledge of USA digital culture.
- Consumer-oriented, organized, and detail attentive.
- Sociable with a passion for community management and engagement.
- Availability to work full time.
- Availability to be hired in Mexico.
