Head of Community Outreach - Job Summary
Lead community and business development efforts to grow qualified ABA referrals and partnerships in New Mexico, expanding access to pediatric behavioral health services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market strategy to grow ABA referrals in New Mexico
- Conduct market research and analysis on referrals and community needs
- Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, schools, early intervention programs, and community organizations
- Lead new market launches by cultivating partnerships and increasing brand awareness
- Partner with clinical, operations, marketing, and product teams to align market insights with company strategy
- Track referral and engagement performance and adjust strategy accordingly
- Leverage technology and marketing tools to expand brand presence
Requirements
- 5+ years in community development, business development, partnerships, or outreach, preferably in ABA or behavioral healthcare
- Proven success in driving growth through strategic relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Passionate about improving access to care for children and families
- Preferred experience in outreach related to early intervention, special education, or pediatric programs
- Familiarity with marketing tools or digital outreach strategies
