Community Manager - Job Summary

Manage and engage an active community through user support, content moderation, and activity development to improve customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Telegram chats and Discord servers
  • Maintain a positive atmosphere, enforce communication rules, and handle content moderation
  • Engage with the audience by encouraging dialogue, running polls, quizzes, and facilitating discussions
  • Develop and implement ideas to increase activity such as interactive events, contests, and quests
  • Post timely updates including announcements, promotions, and project changes
  • Respond promptly to user questions and address complaints or suggestions

Requirements

  • At least 1.5 years of experience as a Community Manager
  • Strong knowledge of Telegram (bots, channels, groups) and Discord (roles, channels, permissions, automation bots)
  • Ability to independently generate content and activity ideas without supervision
  • Proficiency in reporting using Google Sheets or Excel
  • Basic understanding of QA principles
