Senior Community Manager - Job Summary
Lead and grow the Life is Good community ecosystem by managing ambassadors, influencer and creator partnerships, user-generated content, and community engagement to deepen connection with the brand mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own brand ambassador strategy, including recruiting, activating, and measuring program success.
- Coordinate seasonal gifting and maintain strong ambassador relationships through proactive communication.
- Champion the community internally by sharing ambassador and fan stories across marketing and retail channels.
- Expand program participation, engagement, and retention opportunities.
- Drive influencer strategy from brand awareness to conversion-focused creator collaborations.
- Identify, vet, negotiate, and manage creator partnerships and content deliverables.
- Collaborate with Social, Creative, and eCommerce teams to align influencer content and conversion strategies.
- Maintain ongoing gifting approaches to brand supporters and friends.
- Measure, report, and translate performance insights using tools like Traackr and platform analytics.
- Source, organize, and promote the brand's UGC library with authentic, quality community content.
- Track permissions and manage content tagging and approvals via tools like Emplifi.
- Monitor and engage daily with community comments, DMs, and tagged content with warmth and brand voice.
- Implement systems for recognizing and rewarding passionate community supporters.
- Act as liaison between community and internal teams, escalating feedback as needed.
- Monitor community sentiment and trends, providing insights for social and brand marketing strategies.
- Support reporting and dashboards tracking program health and community growth.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of direct experience in community management, influencer marketing, or social media within brand or agency settings.
- Proven success managing ambassador or creator programs at scale.
- Experience with tools such as Traackr, Emplifi, and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and community engagement best practices.
- Data-informed mindset with ability to interpret metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong, fast writing skills with humor, heart, and attention to detail.
- Natural connector with empathy, curiosity, and warmth in interactions.
- Proactive problem-solver comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
