Marketing & Community Manager - Job Summary

Manage and grow a fast-growing wellness brand’s online community through influencer partnerships, ambassador programs, and storytelling across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute digital community strategy to foster connection and advocacy.
  • Manage daily interactions across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute interactive community initiatives such as challenges, Q&As, and live sessions.
  • Identify and manage relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and partners aligned with the brand mission.
  • Oversee influencer seeding, contracting, and campaign management.
  • Coordinate product gifting and sampling programs for awareness and advocacy.
  • Manage content calendar across social, email, and community channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce educational and inspiring content.
  • Integrate community insights into content and campaign planning.
  • Track and report on engagement, sentiment, and community growth metrics.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize initiatives.
  • Stay current with social trends, emerging platforms, and digital engagement best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align community initiatives with brand goals.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years experience in community management, influencer marketing, or brand engagement preferably in D2C or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven success growing active online communities and managing creator or ambassador programs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for building authentic relationships.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and awareness of social trends and cultural moments.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience using social analytics tools to measure engagement, sentiment, and community ROI.
  • Bonus: Background in wellness, health, or consumer-focused digital brands.
