Affiliate Creator Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and grow tarte cosmetics' affiliate creator communities, focusing on TikTok Shop, Discord, and Lark, by developing programming and engagement strategies that motivate creators to participate and sell.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, management, and growth of Discord and Lark affiliate communities.
- Develop ongoing community programming including challenges, contests, leaderboards, trainings, webinars, and in-real-life creator experiences.
- Identify, nurture, and reward top-performing and emerging affiliates with education, resources, and selling strategies.
- Build scalable communication strategies to mobilize creators around products, promotions, commissions, and TikTok Shop tools.
- Monitor TikTok Shop trends, affiliate best practices, and creator behavior to inform future programming.
- Establish and track KPIs for community health and affiliate performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, social media community management or related field.
- Hands-on experience building/managing a Discord community.
- Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate marketing or other social commerce/creator affiliate platforms.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy and motivations.
- Experience developing creator challenges, incentive or ambassador programs, or gamified community initiatives.
- Proven relationship-building and communication skills at scale.
- Highly creative with knowledge of social media, internet culture, and emerging creator trends.
- Comfortable using data and performance insights to inform strategy.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written communication aligned with tarte’s brand voice.
- Self-starter thriving in fast-moving environments.
